Corn and wheat continued to implode on the anniversary of the Ukraine invasion

It's been a volatile week, with the recent new high placed by soybeans early in the week completely rejected, and the market is now tumbling back to near the 15.00 mark. We also explained why wheat is sharply higher while beans are lower.

Believe it or not, wheat is cheaper now than when Russia invaded Ukraine a year ago today, as the concerned increased fighting has not materialized, while at the same time, the Black Sea grain corridor continues to deliver grain. Now China has stepped in to support it and give its influence to Russia.
