Russia has agreed to assign an agreement to let Ukrainian grain move next Friday.

In today's Heartland Market Talk, we review the prospects of Ukrainian grain moving after the agreement is signed next Friday in Istanbul. The problem is there are only three workable loaders that can even move grain, and without a treaty, is an agreement any good? We do know that a blast furnace is coming next week to affect corn production, and current values in corn and wheat reflect where prices were in December and January before we ever knew Ukraine was in trouble.
